Installation of prefab pits

The Cleverpit® Modus prefab inspection pit has a number of major advantages for a contractor:

delivered complete, including ventilation ducts, stairs, possibly lighting, compressed air, etc.;
fully installed within a few hours;
unburdening with regard to installation, wide body and high-quality finishing and
100% waterproof guaranteed.

The prefabricated pits are both well suited for new build workshops and existing workshop.

The Modus prefab pit leaves our factory in its entirety. This means that pits, usually about 20 meters long, but also 40 meters long, are transported and installed in one go.

New construction

Installation of a prefab pit in a new construction situation usually takes place before the roof is on the building. This makes the installation easier.

Existing workshop

Installation of a prefab pit in an existing situation is not much different than at a newbuild workshop. The main difference is that sawing must be done in the workshop floor and that the placement of the pit will be done through a door and with a roof on the building. The pit is often partially lifted inward, after which the pit is rolled into place.
